In partnership with Upstart Co-Lab, the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) has launched the first impact investment vehicle focused on art, design, culture and creativity.

This is an opportunity for accredited investors to finance affordable, inclusive creative workspaces, fostering quality, 21st-century jobs for low- and middle-income New Yorkers. Anchor investors include ImpactAssets, the Altman Foundation, the Phillips Foundation, Katherine Fulton and Katharine Kunst, Gary Hattem, Kat Taylor — among others.
