The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Kenneth Rainin Foundation, and Upstart Co-Lab hosted a discussion of Creative Places & Businesses: Catalyzing Growth in Communities ahead of SOCAP17. Nearly 200 attendees from community development, impact investing, and the creative community came together to discuss Upstart’s recent report, and to hear speakers from ImpactUs, Enterprise Community Partners, RSF Social Finance, Meow Wolf and elsewhere describe what’s required to unleash more capital for creativity.
